Working in production
Are you starting work at ESA in production soon?
Exactly what you will be doing as a production employee can vary greatly and depends on your knowledge and experience. Generally, it involves working with your hands in a production area.
On your first day of work, you will be introduced to our company. You will attend an introductory training session, a (food) safety training course, and receive work clothing. After a tour, you will receive an explanation of the nature of your duties. If you have any questions during your workday, you can always ask the colleague who is training you.
Once you have worked with us for some time, we will assess whether you can take the next step in your work. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and advance within our company.
